Dr. Fadel Digham is the recipient of the 2021 IEEE Communication Society Award for Advances in Communications (best research over 15 years worldwide). Dr. Fadel is chairing the “Smart Cities” group at the Development Sector of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Dr. Fadel has been participating at the national level in smart cities planning and issuing telecommunication codes.
